Data processing agreement

Not yet — and that's deliberate

Upvora is pre-launch. There's no product processing customer data yet, and we haven't finalised which providers we'll build on. Publishing a DPA now would mean naming sub-processors and committing to data residency we can't yet stand behind, so we'd rather publish nothing than publish something you can't rely on.

What happens today

The only personal data this site handles is the email address you give the waitlist, which is stored and sent by Kit. That's covered in the privacy policy.

If you need a DPA before you commit

Agencies and companies that will need a signed DPA at launch: email team@upvora.eu and we'll send you ours — or review yours — as soon as the stack is settled. We publish this page properly before anyone's content touches the product.
