Data deletion
What we currently hold
Upvora isn't open yet. Today the only personal data this site collects is an email address for the waitlist, which we also pass to Kit, our email provider. There are no accounts and no workspace data, so in most cases “delete my data” means removing one email address from two places.
How to request deletion
Email team@upvora.eu from the address you want removed, with the subject Delete my data. That's the whole process — no account or form required.
If you're writing from a different address than the one you signed up with, tell us which address to remove so we delete the right record.
What happens next
We confirm by email once it's done. We aim to complete requests within a few days and, in any case, within 30 days, as required under the GDPR. Deletion is permanent — we can't restore a record afterwards, so you would need to sign up again to rejoin the waitlist.
If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account
When the product opens, Upvora will publish to social accounts you connect, which means holding access tokens and the posts we schedule on your behalf. You can remove that data in two ways:
Remove Upvora from your Facebook or Instagram account — under Settings → Apps and Websites on Facebook — which both revokes our access and notifies us to delete what we hold. Or email us as above and we'll do it from our side.
Requests made through Facebook return a confirmation code and a status page where you can check progress at any time.
What we may keep
Where the law requires us to retain certain records — invoices and other accounting documents, once billing exists — we keep those for as long as the law says and no longer. We don't keep them for marketing, and they aren't used to re-contact you.
